In the centre of Antwerp, eighteen apartments were converted into zero energy homes in less than one day! The installing company saved over two weeks of labour and 4,000 kms on transport.

This project with six luxurious family houses was executed by our partner BuildUp within two days! It offers high-level architecture and zero energy solutions. LITO provided both types of the Litobox® L5: with geothermal and with air to water heatpumps.

Litobox® LX

Genk, Belgium

oPEN Lab is an EU-funded project leading the transition to Positive Energy Neighbourhoods (PENs) in Tartu (Estonia), Pamplona (Spain) and Genk (Belgium).

LITO developed several modular HVAC-systems for thirty-three housing units that will be used as a Living Lab to investigate the potential of renewable energy in large scale renovation projects throughout Europe.
